By signing up for a Shopletzy Account (as defined in Section 1) or by using any Shopletzy Services (as defined below), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”).

As used in these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “Shopletzy” means the applicable Shopletzy Contracting Party (as defined in Section 4 below).

The services offered by Shopletzy under the Terms of Service include various products and services to help you sell goods and services to buyers, whether online (“Online Services”), in person (“POS Services”), or both. Any such services offered by Shopletzy are referred to in these Terms of Services as the “Services”. Any new features or tools which are added to the current Services shall be also subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the current version of the Terms of Service at any time at https://www.Shopletzy.com/legal/terms. Shopletzy reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the Shopletzy website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. and if you do not accept such amendments, you must cease using the Services.

Limitations Of Liability

Shopletzy also automatically collects and receives certain information from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on our Website, the Platforms, and the Applications, the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies. For example, each time you visit the Website or otherwise use the Services, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page from which you came, the regions from which you navigate the web page, and the web page(s) you access (as applicable).
When you first register for a Shopletzy account, and when you use the Services, we collect some Personal Information about you such as:
We also collect and store personal information provided by you from time to time on the . We only collect and use such information from you that we consider necessary for achieving a seamless, efficient and safe experience, customized to your needs including:

• The geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices should be the same with the one on the receipt
• Your full name, username, and email address and other contact details must be provided using the dedicated form
• A unique Shopletzy user ID (an alphanumeric string) which is assigned to you upon registration and session
• Other optional information as part of your account profile are not required and you should not mention them
• Your IP Address and, when applicable, timestamp related to your consent and confirmation of consent are mandatory
• Other information submitted by you or your organizational representatives via various methods is not taken into consideration

Intellectual Property and Customer Content

• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the Materials you provide to the Shopletzy Service. All Materials you upload remains yours. You can remove your Shopletzy Store at any time by deleting your Account
• By uploading Materials, you agree: (a) to allow other internet users to view the Materials you post publicly to your Store; (b) to allow Shopletzy to store, and in the case of Materials you post publicly, display and use your Materials; and (c) that Shopletzy can, at any time, review and delete all the Materials submitted to its Service, although Shopletzy is not obligated to do so
• You retain ownership over all Materials that you upload to the Store; however, by making your Store public, you agree to allow others to view Materials that you post publicly to your Store. You are responsible for compliance of the Materials with any applicable laws or regulations
• Shopletzy shall have the non-exclusive right and license to use the names, trademarks, service marks and logos associated with your Store to promote the Service.

Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your Account and terminate the Terms of Service at any time by contacting Shopletzy Support and then following the specific instructions indicated to you in Shopletzy’s response
• Upon termination of the Services by either party for any reason
  • Shopletzy will cease providing you with the Services and you will no longer be able to access your Account;
  • Unless otherwise provided in the Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to any refunds of any Fees, pro rata or otherwise;
  • Any outstanding balance owed to Shopletzy for your use of the Services through the effective date of such termination will immediately become due and payable in full;
  • Your store website will be taken offline.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Shopletzy Service, the Terms of Service and/or your Account for any reason, without notice at any time (unless otherwise required by applicable law). Termination of the Terms of Service shall be without prejudice to any rights or obligations which arose prior to the date of termination.
• Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Shopletzy may suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Services.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions: Subscription fees for Shopletzy are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Once payment has been made for a subscription period, no refunds—whether full, partial, or pro-rata—will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused time, account cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the service.

Other Products and Services: Payments for products or services purchased through Shopletzy that are not subscriptions are also non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable product or service listing.

• If a refund is expressly offered and approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (or, at Shopletzy’s discretion, to the customer’s bank account).
• Actual crediting times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Discretionary Exceptions: Shopletzy may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions to this policy in extraordinary cases. Such consideration does not create any right to a refund and does not obligate Shopletzy to provide similar treatment in the future.

Legal Compliance: This Refund Policy is intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where local consumer protection laws require additional refund rights, such rights will prevail only to the extent mandated.
