Start with one clear task

Tell your agent what
good looks like.

Set the outcome and the boundaries. Your agent uses Shopletzy tools to carry out the work you authorize.

Autonomy with clear boundaries

You set the access.
Your agent does the work.

Connect selected stores and grant the permissions your task needs. Each request is checked against current access.

Manage your connections ↗
01

Choose the stores and permissions

Start with reads, or authorize the supported changes you want your agent to make.

02

Changes use preview, then apply

Agents can review and apply authorized previews. Stale data requires a fresh preview, and supported retries avoid duplicate writes.

03

Stay in control of the connection

Review access and revoke it when the work is done. Adding new permissions requires fresh consent.

Before you connect

A little more context.

What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol is a way for AI clients to work with connected services. Shopletzy uses it to give compatible agents access to authorized store operations.

Which AI assistants can I use?

Shopletzy works with AI clients that support remote MCP over Streamable HTTP with OAuth authorization, including ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude. Availability and setup vary by client and account. See the connection guide for requirements.

Can an agent work autonomously?

Yes. Within your granted permissions and standing instructions, an agent can read store data, preview changes, and apply supported updates. Your AI client supplies the agent runtime and any scheduling; connecting Shopletzy does not start background jobs.

Do I approve every change?

You authorize the connection and define the work. Agents can review and apply previews under those instructions without asking you to approve each operation. New or broader work still needs your authorization.

Does this include every admin operation?

There are limits. Online-payment cancellations and refunds, order editing, invoicing, and some advanced product and category operations remain in the admin tools. Recording a return does not issue a refund or restock inventory.

What access does my agent get?

You choose stores and permissions during consent. Shopletzy checks current merchant access on requests. Customer access is read-only through these tools. You can review and revoke connections at any time.

What do I need to get started?

An eligible Shopletzy store, permission to manage it, and a compatible AI client. Existing store-plan requirements and limits still apply. Your AI provider may have its own subscription or usage charges.

Your next task, delegated
